Terms of Service

Kiro · Effective July 10, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kiro, a personal style application for adults. By creating an account, signing in, making a purchase, or otherwise using Kiro, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Kiro is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using Kiro, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. About Kiro

Kiro helps you explore, practice, and shape your personal style. The app includes:

Kiro is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Your account

You may register or sign in with email or other methods made available in the app. You agree to provide accurate information, confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account on your device.

You may sign out or delete your account through Settings. Deleting your account removes your sign-in profile. Style data stored locally on your device may remain until you remove it or uninstall the app.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, looks, blueprints, profile information, and other content you create in Kiro. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate Kiro on your device and to provide features you choose to use.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to use any images or material you add. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or harmful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kiro. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for Kiro, other users, or third parties.

6. In-app purchases

Kiro may offer optional paid digital content through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by the applicable store. Kiro does not process card or bank payments directly. Product names, descriptions, and available plans are shown in the app and on the store listing at the time of purchase.

1. Virtual goods

Depending on what you buy, you may receive a limited license to use digital items inside Kiro only. They are not physical goods. Examples include:

Coins and unlocked digital benefits have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for money outside Kiro. Unused Coins may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, or lose access to the device where they were stored, except where the store or applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Auto-renewing subscriptions

VIP may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Plan types may include weekly, monthly, or quarterly membership, as shown in the app and store listing at purchase time.

3. Refunds and billing disputes

Refund and billing requests must be submitted to Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue store refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may revoke related VIP benefits or virtual items tied to that transaction.

7. Style disclaimer

Kiro is a personal style and self-expression tool. It does not provide professional fashion consulting, image consulting, dermatological, psychological, or medical advice. Outfit suggestions, blueprints, and style signals are for inspiration only. You remain responsible for your own choices and how you present yourself.

8. Intellectual property

Kiro, including its software, design, branding, built-in wardrobe assets, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kiro to you except for the limited rights needed to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the End User License Agreement.

9. Third-party services

If you download Kiro through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, networks, or devices outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Kiro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that Kiro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of Kiro.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Kiro will not exceed the total fees you paid for Kiro or related in-app purchases through app stores during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.

12. Termination

You may stop using Kiro at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update Kiro and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law or through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
